Return and Exchange Policy
1. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving the goods, please carefully inspect the product. If the item does not match the ordered type or model, you have the right to return it immediately to the delivery personnel.
2. Order Cancellation & Refund
- If, for any reason, Dekko is unable to provide or deliver the order, we will promptly notify the customer of the cancellation and its reason within two (02) business days from the order date.
- If payment has already been made, Dekko will initiate the necessary procedures to refund the customer once all required information has been verified.
- Customers can cancel their order directly via their account or request cancellation if the order has not yet been confirmed and shipped.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
- Customers may return or exchange a product if it has a manufacturing defect. We offer a 1-for-1 exchange at home within 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Customers must provide the purchase invoice from Dekko or an authorized dealer to proceed with the return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process:
- If the product has a manufacturer defect, customers should contact Dekko's hotline 19001998 for an inspection.
- If the product is confirmed to have an irreparable technical defect, Dekko will issue a certification and proceed with the exchange according to company regulations.
Cases Not Eligible for Warranty, Return, or Exchange:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse (e.g., dropping, impact, friction with hard objects causing scratches or dents, water damage, etc.).
- Products without a valid warranty seal or those that have been repaired by unauthorized service providers.
